How did you meet this standard?
I met this standard by drawing the foundation for my house. I showed the importance of a foundation because a house needs to have a foundation to be stable.
How does this standard have real-world application?
This standard has real world applications because houses use foundations to be stable. The house that I live in rests on a concrete slab and doesn’t have a crawl space. A concrete slab is the foundation of my house in Revit also.
What is your future learning goals related to this standard?
My future learning goals for this standard are to be able to draw and understand the many uses of a foundation. I would also like to know the different types of foundation used in different areas and buildings.

This standard has real world applications because houses use foundations to be stable. The house that I live in rests on a concrete slab and doesn’t have a crawl space. A concrete slab is the foundation of my house in Revit also.

I met this standard by correctly designing and making a foundation floor plan on autoCAD for the house that I made in Revit. After I exported the floor plan and corrected that I had o do the foundation. Knowing that my house didn’t have a crawl space made the whole foundation a lot easier because all I had to do was make the foundation for a house resting on a slab
